How will I know if my order was placed successfully?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you used to place the order.

Can I change my order?

It is possible to change your order before it is shipped. Please get in

Where should I add my coupon code?

You need to enter the coupon code during checkout and click
"Apply" to get the discount.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us via phone or email for cancellation.

When will I receive my order?

After we ship your order, you will receive a notification from the shipping company. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Will I be charged for shipping?

value then you can enjoy free shipping on your order!

Is there a satisfaction guarantee available for your products?

We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

How can I make a payment for my order?

Our system automatically provides the available
payment methods for every order. However, there may be instances where the desired payment method is not available. In such cases, we kindly ask you to
choose an alternative payment method. Additionally, in certain areas, you have the option to pay with cash on delivery.

Can I return my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you to request a return within this period.

What are the conditions for returns?

To be returned, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need your order number and details so that we can locate your order. 

If you have purchased multiple copies of the same product, you are only entitled to a refund for unopened items that need to be returned.

You are not entitled to a refund if you have unpacked or used more than one item. For example, you ordered 2 items, used them both and then requested a refund.

To prevent fraud, you will receive a refund of 1 unit for returned unused products. How do we calculate this? Example: You decided to return 2 pieces, we will refund you 59,80 € - 29,90 € (example price of 1 piece) = 29,90 €. Shipping costs and payment fees are non-refundable. The prices shown here are examples only and vary from order to order and from promotion to promotion. For calculation purposes, we always use the prices valid at the time of purchase.

What is the return process?

To start a refund, contact us via the
contact form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label or
arrange to collect it from you free of charge and provide you with further
instructions on how to proceed.

We work with different fulfillment centers, so please do
not automatically return the product without contacting us first for
instructions. In some cases, we may not ask for the product to be returned, but
we can compensate you in full.

Products returned to us will not be accepted without a
prior return request. We or our partners are not able to accept returns with a
COD service. Once the product has been returned to us or our fulfillment
partner, a 30-day window will begin in which we will review the returned
products, and documentation and issue a refund to your payment instrument.

Can I pay for my order after it’s delivered? 

Yes, you can. However, we encourage you to pay up front so you save up extra euro for COD. 

What happens if my payment fails? How can I resolve it? 

If your payment won’t go through, please refresh the page and try again. If you think your payment went through but you didn’t get any confirmation, please get in touch with us.

Are there any additional fees or charges associated with my transactions? 

Extra fee is charged only when you choose to pay with COD. 

What payment methods are accepted for purchase?

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? 

Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. 

Are your products effective? 

Yes, our product are very effective and what’s even better they are natural. However, if for some reason our product doesn’t suit you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your money. 

What is your cancellation policy?
